Interacting directly with the Receiving and Despatch Management modules, advance notice of the expected arrival and departure times at each loading and unloading bay can be input and scheduled.
Intuitive colour coding allows you to view the status of any or all of the unloading and loading docks, describing whether a vehicle is due in, has arrived or has departed.
Each entry in the Dock Diary can be interrogated to allow you to view details about the order that the vehicle is either delivering or collecting.
Comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data such as timeliness of arrival and departure is recorded and can be reported upon. |
