Post Go Live

As part of our long term relationship with customers, Synergy Logistics remain on site after Go Live to provide support, while staff and management get used to the system in practice. This provides immediate performance and rapid payback.

A post Go Live audit will review the whole process and confirm that all requirements and timescales have been met successfully. It is then just a question of using the WMS day after day to deliver the performance and accuracy expected – yet not in isolation, Synergy Logistics will continue to provide customer support and continue the close working relationship started at the beginning of the project.
