Project Initiation

Right from the start we create a joint project team, consisting of project and support staff at Synergy Logistics and key customer contacts. This is a vital starting point for productive teamwork and gives customer staff ownership of the project right from the beginning. A formal project plan and project framework are also set out at this stage.
