Often conducted in part on site, Synergy Logistics carry out a detailed operations and business analysis working closely with customer staff and management. This covers far more than the warehouse operations desired, including interaction with other business systems and processes.

Following a comprehensive RF survey, hardware needed for the WMS is clearly defined and validated from earlier proposals. The process also includes production of a detailed operational and systems specification, including any interfaces required.

This is also the phase where additional modules can be planned and incorporated into the warehouse system. Off site testing of the required system is carried out to ensure the specification is met in full.
